Alpha coil
An alpha coil is a single- or double-layer coil shaped like the Greek letter "α" It is made from the same wire, wound first from the outside in and then from the inside out. The two lead wires are on the same side of the coil.
DCW-01HCW is controlled by PLC 9-axis servo. The XYZ axis adopts 100W servo motor, which has strong power and fast response speed, allowing the equipment to move quickly and position accurately. The precise tension control system can ensure that the equipment maintains stable tension during operation, thereby improving product quality. Simple high-level language commands and 6" LCD screen editing program make the operation of the device more convenient and easy to use. The password storage function can prevent unauthorized personnel from modifying the program and improve the safety and stability of the device. Simple structure, easy control, and few faults , easy maintenance and other features reduce the maintenance cost of the equipment. It has the advantages of excellent performance, easy operation and low maintenance cost, and is a very cost-effective equipment.
