The DSW-6008 series is an 8-spindle automatic transformer coil winding machine with automatic loading and unloading functions. It is equipped with an automatic pin wrapping & residual wire removal system when winding is completed, the residual coils can be automatically removed.
Other options can be purchased according to different needs, for example: DSW-6008PTC is equipped with Twisting Mechanism, which enables the coils to be arranged in an orderly manner during the formation process, thus improving the quality and performance of the product. It is suitable for use in inductors, transformers, motors and other electronic components. DSW-6008TPC is equipped with a taping mechanism, which can quickly complete the first taping, crossing taping, and secondary taping processing, so that the winding and taping operations can be completed on one machine, improving production efficiency.
