Thank you for your continued trust and confidence in DETZO Co., Ltd. To ensure uninterrupted production line performance, we hereby issue this official notice regarding the spare parts and maintenance support status for our legacy machines.
Due to global component obsolescence and supplier discontinuations, key electronic modules used in legacy machines—including FPM modules, NDX modules, and Power Modules—have been officially discontinued. DETZO can currently provide support solely through existing inventory, making spare parts supply increasingly limited.
【2. Important Notice on NDX Modules】
The NDX module is a core component of the machine control system. Once the existing inventory of NDX modules is fully depleted, DETZO will no longer be able to perform repairs via standard module replacement.
To keep your operations running smoothly, we recommend evaluating the following solutions:
Option A: New Machine Procurement
Purchase DETZO's next-generation automated winding equipment to enhance overall production efficiency and stability.
Option B: Machine Refurbishment & Retrofit
Return existing machines to DETZO for control system retrofitting and component modernization, subject to technical feasibility assessment.
A similar policy applies to other obsolete electronic components (such as FPM modules and power modules). Once remaining stock is exhausted, DETZO cannot guarantee future availability of these parts.
To minimize the risk of unexpected downtime, we strongly recommend taking the following proactive steps:
- Assess Machine Health: Conduct a comprehensive review of legacy DETZO equipment currently operating in your plant.
- Secure Safety Stock: Purchase critical spare parts that remain available to build an internal safety buffer.
- Plan Machine Upgrades: Schedule equipment replacements or retrofit plans in advance for machines nearing end-of-support life.
